We were eating with 5 people round about 1500 O’clock. We had burgers, salads and lasagna. Food was delicious and tastet superfresh and light. Waiter was really friendly and fast. Eating between the old houses gives it a special touch

The best Garlic Oil Pepper Spaghetti in Italy so far. We were in Milan, Venice and Florence but the Al Dante Spaghetti here with it's sauce is simply awesome! Tomato sauce with spaghetti was just perfect too. A must try! It is a simple restaurant off the main strip next to a parking space, no great view, but when you are eating great food, the view doesn't matter anyway.

Luckily discovered this place our first night in Lucca. Close by our VRBO so stopped in several times during our stay. Never disappointed on the food, wine or beer. Very nice and accommodating staff. Outdoor seating was fun. I want to get back to Lucca and will definitely revisit Bisboccia.
It's a fun experience when you sit on their outside tables and every once in a while a bus passes right behind your back. The pasta was tasty and handmade. The parmigiana filling even though the piece of it looked rather small. Our neighbors ordered a board with cold cuts and that looked really nice. I would wish for more vegetarian or vegan options.

Although a great range of burgers are advertised we had pasta and it was great. The host is charming and spoke to us in English. Went back and had a burger. Great. Done just the way we like it and very tasty.

I had one of the nicest meals in Lucca here at Al Mago, the food was great, not expensive, atmosphere vibrant, and staff are the friendliest and most helpful I've ever come across in Italy. Accommodating to children, menu is adaptable to suit any needs, and food was awesome. A truly amazing mix of Spainish and Italian cuisine....with that little extra needed to be unique....I will definitely go again and take all my friends and family. A resturant where you feel welcome and at home!!!!My family and I always enjoy coming here. It’s very family friendly, reasonably priced and the burgers are some of the best in Lucca.
